Authentico is a Kansas City-based agency connected with Tico Productions for over 3 years. It grew out of the shared values and goals of CEO/Founders CiCi Rojas and Oscar Monterroso.

Our goal — and our promise — is to deliver success to brands by tapping into the vibrancy of multicultural markets, and to broaden and advance Human Resources and Inclusion initiatives. Working closely with the public and private sector, we create exciting, adaptive approaches that positively and inclusively impact diverse audiences. We bring awareness to small, medium and large companies. And we help leaders arrive at innovative and culturally inspired ideas that drive people to action.
