Dr. Andrea Hendricks has the privilege of participating in hundreds of conferences, summits and community events throughout her career as a facilitator, speaker, coach, trainer, panel participant, and/or moderator.
Through engaging keynotes and learning development actionable frameworks, Dr. Hendricks has empowered thousands of professionals to be bold in the workplace and in their communities. Her insights have been featured in numerous publications and she is known for delivering high-energy, data-driven presentations that leave audiences with a call to action.

Dr. Hendricks holds a doctorate in educational leadership and policy analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in human development psychology and counseling psychology and personnel services from Kansas State University.

Dr. Hendricks is a certified inclusion strategist professional, having earned DEI certifications from both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Yale University. In 2019, she authored “The BIG Journey: Bold Inclusion for Greatness,” a comprehensive blueprint designed to empower business leaders to build capacity around inclusion. She has launched 3 successful networks: Inclusive Leadership Cohort/Capstone Certificate Program, Professional Women’s Executive Network and Multicultural Executive Network.
