Learning Objectives:
- Increased knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) as a business strategy.
- Strengthened competencies, skills, and qualifications necessary for leading across differences and driving DEI in the changing workforce today and into the next decade.
- Broadened perspectives on the impact of key business, workforce, workplace, and marketplace challenges.
- Proven practices, success strategies, and solutions or initiating and sustaining a comprehensive culture transformation.
Cohort Participants:
Participants can come from small, medium, or large organizations representing for-profit, nonprofit, government or private entities.
- DEI Managers, Leaders and Consultants
- Human Resources and Industry Managers and Leaders
- Non-Profit Managers, Leaders and Executives
Program Components: Sessions 1-7 will address what each participant needs for greater understanding regarding the KSA’s to drive DEI success in their roles. Session 8-16 will address what each participant will apply through a capstone enrichment strategic process for their respective organizations.
Standards: This program meets the standards and requirements of the HR profession’s Body of SHRM Competencies and Knowledge instituted by SHRM and HRCI’s guidelines for offering HR education. Therefore, SHRM’s Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and HRCI’s continuing Education Credits (CEUs) and Certificates of Completion for this program provided by National Partner may be awarded.
